Wishing You a Very Merry Christmas

This year has been a rollercoaster to say the least, but it has certainly not all been bad and as it draws to an end, we would like to say thank you to all our wonderful clients, local businesses, family and friends who have been so kind to us at Icon Beauty and stuck with us through the ups and downs of both lockdowns.

Never has the support for small independent businesses been so important and the way everyone has stepped up has been nothing short of amazing. Because of you, we are still here, still strong, and ready to look after you in 2021!  We have learnt a lot and will continue to learn – I think we’ve all found hidden depths and a resilience we didn’t know we had. And that can’t be a bad thing!

A simpler way to celebrate
We can’t quite believe it’s nearly Christmas, however on our lovely part of Gloucester Road, there’s definitely a bit of magic in the air! We’ve missed seeing lots of people close to us and there’s no doubt the celebrations this year will be different, BUT it is still a beautiful opportunity to cherish the things that mean the most to us, with many enjoying a simpler Christmas. Sitting next to a sparkling tree and an open fire, with a little drop of something special, has never felt so good. Over the festive period, we are going to relax, recharge and eat far too much chocolate!

Gold dust appointments… 
With the focus often on our families and organisation of the big day, it can be easy  for us to forget about ourselves. If you would like a pamper in the run up to Christmas, we have a few gold dust appointments left. These won’t hang around for long  though! Looking ahead
2020 will not be forgotten in a hurry that is for sure, but let’s not forget there were many good moments to go with the not so good, and one of the biggest positives was relearning how relevant and important community is…Bristol and in particular Gloucester Road more than rose to the occasion.

So now is also a great time to look forward to 2021 and all it may bring. There’s sure to be more challenges, but there’s also sure to be opportunity and with the right mindset we can work together to regain the things we value most.
