Threading is an ancient hair removal technique that has been used in India and across the Middle East for thousands of years.

Many chose Threading because there are no chemicals involved and the treatment is performed using a soft cotton thread. This thread is doubled, then twisted and rolled over areas of unwanted hair, plucking the hair at the follicle level. However, unlike tweezing, where single hairs are pulled out one at a time, threading can remove short rows of hair.

There are no artificial products or ingredients that can touch your skin and cause irritation and so anyone who has sensitive skin, that is prone to redness or itchiness, would benefit from an all-natural technique like threading.

With Threading you can shape eyebrows with great precision. Individual hairs can be targeted, but multiple hairs can still be removed at the same time. Many people also find Threading less painful as the thread itself does not touch the skin. The skin beneath and around the eyebrow is thin and can be sensitive, which is why techniques that pull directly on this skin typically cause more pain.

For most people, the results last from anywhere between 2-5 weeks, but it does depend on each individual and how fast their hair grows. Threading weakens hair follicles, causing growth to be less dense over time, so for example, the more you get your eyebrows threaded, the finer the hair will grow in and the less often you will have to thread.
