As we blow out our 15 candles, I’m reflecting on this incredible journey:

• Thousands of wonderful clients looked after with love & care
• My dedicated & super-talented team
• A fabulous salon makeover (I love it)

I’ve poured my heart and soul into the business, and I never take for granted how fortunate I am to be able to do what I love.

New beginnings
You might have noticed our fresh look recently – I’m so proud of how it turned out. My goal was to create a space for you that feels modern yet cosy, calm, and inviting. When I see clients relaxing in our new space, I feel like I’ve truly achieved that vision.

A heartfelt thank you
I want you to know that I never take your loyalty for granted. It’s because of you that I’ve been able to pursue this dream for 15 years. Your support, your trust in us with your beauty needs, and your friendly faces are what make coming to work a pleasure every day. And I can’t forget our fellow local businesses, who’ve welcomed us and always made me feel very much part of the Gloucester Road community.
